Terms of use

These terms apply to stays at Lunda Life, Exclusive Residences, at Carretera Federal 200 km 239, Bahía Tangolunda, Bahías de Huatulco, Oaxaca 70989, Mexico. A stay is a vacation rental of a condo, not a hotel booking.

Booking

Requests are made by WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking exists only when we confirm dates, condo, nightly rate, and occupancy in writing on WhatsApp or email. Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted by clicking.

Rates

Nightly rates are in Mexican pesos, from a starting price per condo. They change with season and availability. They do not include tax. What you pay is the amount we confirm in writing.

Occupancy, check-in, and check-out

Each condo has a maximum occupancy of four, six, or eight people, as listed on its page. Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 noon.

Payment and cancellation

Payment method, deposit, and cancellation are those we confirm in writing for your dates. We do not publish a single cancellation table on this site.

Use of the site

Photographs and text on lunda.life are for informing guests. Do not copy them for other listings without our written consent.
