What we collect

We collect what you send us: name, phone, email, dates, number of guests, and any notes in WhatsApp, a call, or an email. This website does not use a booking form. These pages use Google Analytics to measure visits. We do not run advertising pixels.

Why

To answer you, to propose a condo, and a rate, to confirm a stay, and to send directions. We do not sell your data.

How long

We keep the thread of a booking for as long as we need it to run the stay and any follow-up you ask for. You can ask us to delete or update your details at reservations@lunda.life.

Your rights

Under Mexican data-protection law you may request access, correction, cancellation, or opposition. Write to reservations@lunda.life. We will answer on the same channel.
